Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist , you will play a vital role in ensuring that churches, clergy members, and religious institutions receive the items they need to carry out their sacred work. Every interaction is an opportunity to assist someone in their ministry, helping them find the perfect piece to enhance their worship and service. What you will do Receive & Process orders and prepayments utilizing selling skills to optimize order value. Make outbound calls to customers for additional information / clarification to manage and complete the sales process. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and order problems. Determine issue complexity, conduct research, recommend solutions, conduct follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain Customer File information. Work effectively with team members to satisfy customer needs and exceed their expectations. Record information regarding customer satisfaction issues with Almy products / services and follow-up as needed. Adhere to department performance standards and procedures and all company policy.
