2-5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or office setting; must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a "winning attitude."

Operational Agility:

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize key objectives in a high-volume environment with a strong sense of urgency to satisfy customer needs.

Technical Aptitude:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience navigating ERP and CRM systems to analyze requests and retrieve supporting data.

Decision Making & Results:

Demonstrated ability to evaluate situations and make decisions in the company s best interest using an organized, metrics-driven approach.

Team Collaboration:
