Job Description

A Christian person with great communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail. You must have excellent computer skills, including word processing, data input, excel spreadsheet and email use. Must have the ability to operate office machines. Excellent customer service skills required and enjoy talking to customers.
Qualifications:
Pleasant, professional personality with excellent telephone and customer service skills Minimum of two years of business school or college education Minimum of two years of general office experience, including customer service, basic accounting knowledge, and travel sales experience Strong negotiation and communication skills required Excellent navigation and organizational abilities Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and general office technology Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copy machines and fax systems Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy Knowledge of destinations and geography throughout the United States and Canada is a plus Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone as required for tour reservations and customer service. Work within the tour reservation system and enter supportive information in the computer for team use. Work with hotel reservation team to complete duties as required and needed. This position will focus on working with hotels. Would need to have skills to negotiate rates, and contract details on hotel contracts. Must be able to work on Saturday every 5 to 6 weeks. Required to live within 20-25 minutes of our office for this position.
