Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Promote and sell products or services confidently, leveraging strong communication skills and product knowledge Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain accurate records of client interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote special offers Assist with debit and credit card transactions accurately during sales or service processes Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction at all times Experience Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is highly desirable Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially fluency in English and other languages Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Familiarity with customer service best practices, including effective communication skills and problem-solving techniques Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client service while achieving sales goals!
