As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and energetic Customer Solutions Representative to join our customer-focused sales team. The Customer Solutions Representative opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with people. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering personalized service while driving sales growth. You'll play a key role in building long-term relationships, generating new business, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities of the
Customer Solutions Representative:
Meet with new and existing customers within assigned territories to present telecommunications products and services tailored to their needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and exceptional customer service Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Address customer questions and concerns professionally while providing customized solutions Collaborate with the sales team and fellow Customer Solutions Representatives to streamline the enrollment process and improve sales strategies Accurately track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics Stay up to date on all products, services, and promotions to confidently recommend the best solutions Qualifications for the
Customer Solutions Representative:
