We're looking for someone cheery to help manage our eCommerce customer experience and process orders. Tasks include answering phones, collecting payments for orders, providing invoices and tracking info, fielding some basic customer service issues if packages don't arrive as expected, manual order data entry for clients who don't use our website, new client setup and record keeping, and other general office tasks. We might also have this person help with fulfillment as needed, like generating shipping labels. We are a warehouse shipping physical goods, and so require this position to be present in office to handle daily tasks. Daily hours are from 9am to 530pm.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
