Customer Success Representative

Job Duties:

Answer phones on the first ring, take customer information, direct call to the appropriate person Provide excellent customer service support including answering inbound calls, creating support cases and other customer service duties Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments Understand customer needs and requirements, respond to customer inquiries and requests in an expedited timeframe Update customer data and information in system CRM Review customer contract data for renewals and prepare documentation for Sales Manager approval Collaborates with the Sales Manager to Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience Other duties as assigned from the

Department Manager Qualifications:

1 year of customer service experience required Customer onboarding experience preferred Positive, customer-focused attitude required High school diploma or equivalent
