Customer Success Specialist

Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a growing insurance agency. This role is responsible for building client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Prior insurance experience is not required, but prior sales experience is a plus. Must have a Property & Casualty insurance prior to starting the position. Salary plus bonus (with strong benefits)

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain a book of business + Identify client needs and recommend appropriate P& C coverage + Generate new business and meet sales goals + Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Property & Casualty (P& C) License required prior to starting + Prior sales experience required (insurance experience not required) + Strong communication and relationship-building skills
