NextBeam is seeking a professional, hard-working, and reliable full-time Client Success Specialist to join our team in North Sioux City. In this role you'll communicate with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and wants, then balance these with NextBeam's other production commitments and constraints to develop an operations schedule. You will be the operational face of NextBeam, building relationships with clients to ensure that we can deliver the best possible experience for them. This role reports to the Head of Operations.The successful candidate will build trust with our customers, be detail-oriented in their approach, and be able to distill the information they gather into high-quality schedules for the Operations team. This position is critical to ensure we schedule and complete all jobs in a timely manner, optimize our production flows, and, most importantly, achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
Customer-facing:
Work directly with customers to understand their scheduling and operational needs. Communicate these internally, and in general be an advocate for customer needs inside of NextBeam. Manage inbound inquiries from our clients on scheduling inbound jobs. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely fashion. Route these requests appropriately to those that can help solve them, but make sure that they are solved for the customer.Scheduling & Logistics:
Develop a schedule for each shift, balancing customer needs with NextBeam resources. Understand operational considerations to best optimize schedule. Partner with operations to load balance and capacity plan work. Utilize our IT systems to schedule, track and manage customer jobs. Accounting Use our ERP system (NetSuite) to create quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other basic accounting documents Reconcile payments and work with Accounting to produce basic monthly reportingGeneral:
Understand and comply with standard operating procedures (aka SOPs). Other duties as assigned by site leadership.Required Qualifications:
4+ years in a production planning position, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Excellent customer-centric communication skills (via phone and email). Desire and ability to build positive, friendly relationships with customers. Strong planning and problem solving skills (e.g. addressing production schedule conflicts). Strong spreadsheet/computer skills and knowledge of planning systems. Ability to operate accurately and calmly in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED, associates degree or higher preferred (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated track record in customer service, inside sales, or other roles where delivering a great customer experience was a direct function of your job.Employment Type:
