Customer Support Representative

We are currently hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with service options, account setup, and ongoing support. This is a full-time position with immediate openings. What You'll Be Doing Work with customers to provide service and support Assist with account setup, updates, and general questions Explain options in a clear and simple way Maintain records of customer interactions and account activity Help ensure a positive and smooth customer experience Support team goals related to customer service and daily performance What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Reliable and able to stay organized Positive attitude and team mindset Experience in retail, warehouse, food service, or customer service is a plus Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
