Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide accurate information about products and services, guiding clients through their options with enthusiasm and clarity Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, or escalating complex concerns to appropriate teams Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings in a friendly and persuasive manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information Support cash handling procedures when necessary, adhering to company policies and security standards Experience Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service Strong bilingual or multilingual capabilities (English plus additional languages) to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data management Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations preferred Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing actionable solutions Prior experience in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining high levels of professionalism in fast-paced settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your communication prowess and enthusiasm make a real difference!
