Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and help ensure excellent customer service and team performance. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Manager to maintain operational efficiency, achieve business goals, and create a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily business operations Supervise, develop and support team members Help manage employee schedules and shift coverage Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Prepare reports and communicate updates to management Help drive sales, productivity, and team performance goals Opening and closing of the department / building on an as needed basis Step in for the Manager when needed
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask Proficiency with basic computer systems and software Flexible schedule, availability to work evenings, and Saturday and Sunday shifts are a must Skills Leadership and team management Customer service Conflict resolution Time management Decision-making Attention to detail Strong commitment to customer service excellence Good / clear phone voice Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary - 70,304 annually Health and wellness benefits Paid time off Opportunities for advancement
