This is not a "sit and watch" position. We need someone that knows how to motivate callers, track numbers, improve scripts, push performance, and create results every single day.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Manage and supervise telemarketers / callers ⁠ ⁠Build daily calling goals and KPIs ⁠ ⁠Train team on scripts and objection handling ⁠ ⁠Monitor dialer performance and call quality ⁠ ⁠Improve lead conversion and appointment setting ⁠ ⁠Help hire and grow the calling team ⁠ ⁠Track reports, attendance, and production ⁠ ⁠Work closely with marketing and sales departments ⁠ ⁠Create a positive but high-performance environment

Requirements:

⁠ Experience managing a call center or telemarketing team ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills ⁠ ⁠Experience with dialers and CRM systems ⁠ ⁠Ability to motivate and push a sales environment ⁠ ⁠Organized and goal oriented ⁠ ⁠English required, Spanish a plus ⁠ ⁠Home improvement experience is a plus
