Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse with leadership experience and a passion for musculoskeletal care? We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our orthopedic triage and clinical support team, ensuring best-in-class patient care, efficient operations, and excellent staff performance. What You'll Do As the RN Manager, you will: Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Medical Assistants Triage Operators Provide coaching and clinical oversight to ensure safe, standardized assessments Support performance evaluations and training initiatives Clinical Triage Oversight Oversee orthopedic telephone and electronic triage operations Ensure adherence to triage protocols and escalation pathways Serve as the escalation point for complex triage decisions Collaborate with providers and operational leaders to refine protocols Quality & Process Improvement Monitor quality metrics (response times, escalation accuracy, patient outcomes) Drive workflow efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with clinical leadership to standardize practices and education Coordination & Communication Serve as liaison between front-line staff, providers, and administration Lead clinical huddles and escalate patient safety concerns when needed Support onboarding and competency development for new hires Documentation & Compliance Ensure accurate documentation and EMR best practices Maintain compliance with clinical standards, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance programs
What We're Looking For Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience (orthopedic experience strongly preferred) Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong clinical judgment with comfort in call/triage oversight Excellent communication and team-building skills
Preferred:
Experience in ambulatory orthopedic or specialty practice Background in triage protocol development EMR proficiency (e.g., Epic, Athena, etc.) Quality improvement experience Why Join Our Team?
