Join Shepeard Community Blood Center and play a key role in connecting donors to a lifesaving mission. In this role, you'll lead a team of donor contact representatives—coaching, guiding, and supporting them to meet and exceed recruitment goals while creating a positive, purpose-driven environment. ✨ What You'll Do Lead & Support a High-Performing Team Supervise and coach donor contact representatives to meet recruitment targets Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and solutions Create and manage team schedules and daily workflow Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused team culture Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor Performance & Drive Results Track individual and team KPIs and provide timely coaching Review performance reports and implement improvement strategies Train & Develop Team Members Train new hires to ensure confidence and success in the role Provide ongoing coaching and professional development Apply best practices and continuous improvement in training Support Donor Recruitment Strategy Partner with leadership to execute tele-recruitment initiatives Analyze data to improve outreach and operational efficiency Assign call lists, shifts, and donor engagement activities Ensure Quality & Compliance Monitor calls for quality assurance and regulatory compliance Provide constructive feedback to improve performance Maintain accurate documentation and donor records Collaborate & Contribute Work cross-functionally to support recruitment goals Partner with Quality Assurance on process improvements Assist with special projects, including platelet donor recruitment and apheresis scheduling Step in as needed to perform Donor Contact Representative duties Qualifications Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Call center or tele-recruitment experience a plus Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience working with diverse teams and maintaining confidentiality Commitment to excellent customer and donor service Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods in a call center environment Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs Why Join Us?
