Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales and customer service goals. Develop and implement effective strategies for outbound calling campaigns, warm calling, and telemarketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities. Oversee the use of CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, technical sales, and communication skills. Monitor call quality and provide coaching to improve customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and business development objectives. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans that boost productivity and sales results. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales within a call center environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, and business development strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and customer engagement techniques.
