Contact Center Manager - Absolute Climate Control Lead. Coach. Win. Absolute Climate Control is looking for an elite Contact Center Manager who can build a high-performing team, create exceptional customer experiences, and drive results. You will:
Lead, coach, and develop our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Drive call conversion, booking rates, and customer satisfaction Build a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance Monitor KPIs and create action plans for improvement Recruit, train, and retain top talent Ensure every customer interaction reflects our company values Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and leadership teams Create systems and processes that help us scale What Success Looks Like You are: Obsessed with customer experience A proven leader who develops people Driven by goals, metrics, and continuous improvement Highly organized and process-oriented Energetic, positive, and solution-focused Comfortable having tough conversations when needed Passionate about building winning teams Qualifications Preferred experience: 3+ years leading a contact center, call center, customer service, or inside sales team Proven success managing KPIs and performance metrics Strong coaching and leadership skills Experience with CRM and call management software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus—but leadership ability is what matters most.
