Call Center Coordinator Mississippi Urology Clinic - Jackson Clinic Mississippi Urology Clinic is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-oriented Call Center Coordinator to lead daily operations within our high-volume call center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare operations, enjoys supporting a team, and is passionate about delivering excellent patient service.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with daily call center workflow and operations Supporting staff performance, accountability, and communication Monitoring patient calls, scheduling efficiency, and responsiveness Helping resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly Working closely with clinic leadership to improve processes and patient experience Assisting with training and maintaining workflow expectations

Qualifications:
