In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of sales targets. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize processes, and foster a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong management skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in sales and customer service within a fast-paced setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of call center agents to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer interactions. Develop and implement strategies for outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new business opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores; analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Lead training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, B2B sales, technical sales, and CRM software utilization. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational goals. Oversee the use of CRM software like Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and business development activities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach initiatives with overall business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all customer interactions. Foster a positive work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. Skills Proven experience in managing call centers or inside sales teams with a focus on B2B sales and telemarketing. Strong negotiation skills coupled with expertise in outbound calling strategies. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with CRM management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and marketing integration. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve team performance. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with business development techniques including warm calling and outbound outreach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Customer service orientation combined with a results-driven approach.
