  • Full-time We are seeking a working Call Center Sales Manager who is motivated, outgoing, professional, and a competitive self-starter, who has a passion for sales and can sell, develop and manage an inside sales team while maintaining your own accounts.
You will be contacting local and national dealers and installers throughout the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Located in Reno, NV, we are one of the largest DC to AC power inverter distributors in the country. We are a leader in supplying all portable power needs for homes, cars, fleets, trucks, boats, RVs, campers, trailers, etc., providing inverters, batteries, chargers, solar capabilities, and cables to RV dealers and installers throughout the country. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Manage and motivate a team of inside sales reps to meet and exceed sales goals. Outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Develop sales proposals, presentations, and quotes for customers. Maintain a thorough product understanding. Manage and grow the sales team while building and managing your own book of business. Qualifications and Skills Proven record of call center and sales team management experience. Proficiency with CRM and ERP platforms required, including hands-on experience using Salesforce and/or NetSuite for pipeline management, forecasting, customer relationship management, reporting, and sales operations. Proven record of at least 3 yrs of successful sales experience or business development. Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport w/ clients and effectively communicate product features and benefits. Excellent written and verbal communication. Professional demeanor and attitude. Technical sales experience is a plus. Compensation Base salary plus generous sales commission plus quarterly management/growth bonus.
