Job Description:
This position will be responsible for overseeing and supporting call center agents. The primary goal will be to oversee daily operations, monitor performance goals, and ensure consistent service quality. This position will be responsible for tracking call center metrics and providing regular updates. This position will also occasionally complete daily call center operations, including making outbound calls primarily to previously enrolled UToledo students, and additional call needs of the university as assigned. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their academic goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience:
High School Diploma Communication and other skills: Good written and verbal communication required Effective Decision-making and problem-solving skills required Must be detail oriented and have the ability to keep organized and accurate records. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Adhere to FERPA and university policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education/experience:
Customer Service Experience Preferred Communication and other skills: Call center experience preferred.
