This position is remote but will require you to pick up equipment in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with MA Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and related tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years' experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required. Minimum of two years' experience with call center operations required. Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
