In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services, foster strong relationships with clients and community partners, and drive strategic growth. Your leadership will ensure that our mission to educate, empathize, and empower is realized through exceptional service management and innovative solutions. Responsibilities o Provide strategic direction and leadership for the agency's Direct Services programs, including crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy and support services o Responsible for overseeing the AshaLine (crisis line), the Residential (Safe House) and Non-Residential programs. o Supervise the multidisciplinary team of program directors, coordinators, case managers, and advocates that develop therapeutic focuses and case management planning. o Evaluate and execute measures to ensure that program activities are aligned with best care services or victims and survivors. o Monitor program outcomes and performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement. o Ensure submission of documentation from staff members is completed in a timely manner. o Management of departmental budget, grants sourcing, grant applications and renewals, and provide needed documentation for site visits/reviews ancement. o Ensure submission of documentation is completed in a timely manner. o Management of departmental budget, grants sourcing, grant applications and renewals, and provide needed documentation for site visits/reviews Requirements Proven experience in supervising or managing client service teams within social services or related fields Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Demonstrated expertise in customer service, negotiation, and sales strategies Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements Join us as a Client Services Director to make a meaningful impact by leading compassionate teams dedicated to transforming lives.
