Job Description
Coast Design Kitchen and Bath, Mobile Lumber's Cabinet and Appliance Division has a career opportunity in our Customer Service Department to track, schedule and coordinate warranty and service work orders. Position works out of our corporate office in the Tillman's Corner region of Mobile, Alabama. This position supports the sales and operational staff with a focus on customer service and quality assurance. Direct communication with Showroom & Direct Builder Sales Designers. Direct communication with builders and superintendents Capturing and supervising inbound warranty and service request Investigate, research, and determine causes and solutions of warranty and services items Preparing estimates and verifying service quotes. Job scheduling with QC personnel Assist with material acquisition for warranty service work orders. Kitchen Cabinets & Building Material customer service experience is a plus, but certainly not required. This is a full-time position with compensation based on knowledge and relevant experience. Must be detail-oriented, customer service focused, and have a great attitude. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate professionally with customers, vendors and colleagues.
