Supervisory Customer Experience Associate(Redstone MS/Electronics) United States - Alabama - Redstone Arsenal Regular Full Time Job Description As a Supervisor in Powerzone (Electronics), you will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Associates who strive to exceed customer expectations by focusing on extraordinary customer experiences. You are responsible for understanding sales goals, planning and executing daily/weekly workloads to deliver on department and store sales goals as well as customer engagement. You will create schedules that aligns with customer and business needs and lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management on critical service and engagement behaviors. You will quickly respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences and ensure that your team understands and is empowered to make things right for the best customers in the world. POWER ZONE DEPARTMENT IN PX MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR WEEKEND COVERAGE. STORE HOURS MON TO SAT 800-1900

(8 AM TO 7 PM)

SUNDAY 0900 - 1800

(9 AM TO 6 PM)

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. PREFERRED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE SELF-MOTIVATED, DEPENDABLE, AND ABLE TO MULTITASK. COMPUTER AND CASHIER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. CANDIDATE MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ELECTRONICS. 2 YEARS SUPERVISOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 LBS, BEND, REACH, STOOP, SQUAT, AND STAND FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES. CANDIDATE REQUIRED TO PASS NACI INVESTIGATION.
