Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Associate & Supervisor to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will lead and motivate a small diverse production and customer service team while ensuring exceptional quality. Your enthusiasm, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills, engage with clients and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily production and store operations, ensuring team members deliver outstanding customer experiences Lead, motivate, and assist a team in production and associated tasks Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks efficiently to meet deadlines Communicate effectively with customers, team members, other supervisors and management Handle team inquiries with integrity, professionalism, negotiation skills, and problem-solving expertise Market goods at local Farmers Markets and stock products for customers Analyze customer feedback and assist with purchasing and production options Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, communication techniques, and sales strategies to enhance team performance Qualifications Proven supervising or management abilities and qualities in a customer service environment (experience is a plus) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals Excellent honest, unbiased communication skills, Demonstrated project management capabilities for handling multiple priorities efficiently Solid skills to adapt to change quickly, ability to follow instructions, recipes and protocols Experience in sales, customer relationship management is highly desirable Previous experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings is preferredJoin us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences!
