Job Description
The Customer Billing Agent is responsible for managing post-order customer engagement and ensuring billing accuracy following order completion. The individual will verify order status, review customer contracts and billing details, and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies all the while engaging with the customer and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, initiating customer contact to discuss first billing, addressing customer questions or concerns, and documenting all interactions. The individual will manage follow-ups, ensure timely communication, and drive resolution to completion or appropriately track pending items. Strong attention to detail, customer communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups are key to success in this role.
