Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Lawn Care Service Manager to lead our lawn maintenance operation at the Van Buren branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing crews, delivering excellent customer service and helping grow a professional lawn care business. Duties Manage and supervise lawn care crews and daily operations. Schedule jobs and ensure timely completion of services. Train employees on equipment use, safety and quality standards. Perform quality control inspections on completed work. Communicate with customers and resolve service concerns. Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory. Assist with estimating and route planning Ensure crews follow company policies and safety procedures. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be over 21 years of age.
