Client Service Supervisor - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Requirements Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues Other duties as assigned The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
