In this pivotal role, you will oversee customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional service while continuously analyzing feedback and implementing improvements to meet our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities Service Follow-Up. Conduct follow-up calls after service appointments to verify satisfaction. Database Management. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Appointment Setting. Schedule, confirm, and re-schedule service or sales appointments. Survey Management. Encourage positive reviews and mention manufacturer surveys for new vehicle sales. Engage with clients who have not serviced their vehicles in the last 12 months Scanning documents to archive for document retention Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or related role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM systems, customer feedback platforms, and MS Office Strategic thinking and problem-solving Passion for building rapport and converting inquiries into appointments.
