About the Role This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and loves getting things right the first time. The hours are designed to work around a school schedule — every weekday, done by 2PM, with no evenings or weekends ever. What You'll Do Process and fulfill daily Shopify orders accurately and on time Coordinate with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and manage tracking Respond to customer inquiries via email and/or chat with a warm, professional tone Handle returns, exchanges, and order issues with a customer-first attitude Keep inventory organized and flag low stock as needed Assist with basic order data entry and light reporting What We're Looking For Some Shopify or e-commerce experience preferred — but we'll absolutely train the right person A sharp eye for detail (this role rewards accuracy!) Warm, professional communication skills Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently Reliable, punctual, and consistent Pay & Perks $16
