- Position Overview
- At Adecco, the On-Site Floor Support Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the client site by building strong relationships, supporting onsite associates, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external partners. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to meeting client performance and workforce success metrics.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Conduct orientations and facility tours for new hire classes + Monitor daily attendance and generate attendance reports as needed + Assist with onsite timekeeping processes and system support + Attend client meetings and provide operational updates and feedback + Engage daily with onsite associates and supervisors to ensure performance and productivity goals are met + Support associates with assignment-related questions and onsite needs + Complete counseling and documentation related to attendance and performance issues when required + Assist in resolving workplace concerns in a professional, timely, and solution-focused manner + Maintain strong communication and collaboration with client and internal teams •Qualifications•+ Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift + Previous team lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, but not required + Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting + Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills + Ability to handle problem resolution calmly, clearly, and professionally + Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and associates + Strong communication skills and attention to detail •What We're Looking For•A proactive, dependable, and people-focused professional who thrives in a hands-on operational environment and takes pride in supporting workforce success through leadership, communication, and daily engagement.
