Customer Service Account Manager

Sun Pac Storage Containers is growing in Phoenix! We're hiring a full-time Customer Service / Account Manager to join our close-knit, supportive team. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building meaningful customer relationships — this role could be a great fit for you. What You'll Be Doing Answering inbound calls and reaching out to customers with care Providing accurate rental and sales quotes in a friendly, efficient manner Building long-term customer relationships and trust Organizing your accounts and tasks using Salesforce CRM Working with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Following up after service to ensure satisfaction Occasionally visiting customer sites (local only)

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
