Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to address inquiries and concerns. Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty. Offer additional products and services to new customers, supporting their transition to renewable energy solutions. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving overall customer experience.
