Home Service Coordinator Call Center & Customer Service $ 32 - $ 36 / Hour location_on Tempe, Arizona acute Contract/Temporary favorite_border

COPY LINK link Job Responsibilities Answer iing customer service calls and schedule technicians for maintenance and repairs Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service coverage Communicate with customers regarding service updates and job status Process work orders, service requests, and data entry accurately Order parts and monitor shipping/receiving activities Assist with invoicing, inventory tracking, and warranty claims Support daily operational and safety procedures Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred Strongmunication,anization, and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office andputer skills required Experience with Salesforce is a plus Mechanical or industrial environment experience is helpful but not required
Pay Details:
