As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in managing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and motivating your team to achieve sales goals. Your leadership will foster a positive, organized, and engaging environment that encourages teamwork, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail management and dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences. Duties Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately as a keyholder Lead daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Supervise and motivate team members to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer care Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and ongoing development to enhance team skills Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and payroll processing Oversee inventory control, purchasing decisions, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage Requirements Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or a related field Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and engage customers confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated knowledge of retail math, sales management, merchandising, and inventory management Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks Skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development are highly valued Organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control Join us as a Customer Experience Supervisor (Keyholder) where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional service while driving store success.
