This includes formulations and bill of materials database maintenance, record retention regarding new product processes, project planning for production, tracking and making shipment. The production project manager has a front-line role in client communication and ensures customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Manage staff to maximize efficiency and output; Properly detail, organize, and implement new and existing product processes from set up through production; Address various needs of clients on a daily basis, while ensuring that the client's experience with the company is pleasant and productive; Review bottling operations on batch records for accuracy prior to production; Review all new and revised product label proofs for accuracy, and route them through R D and Quality for final approval; Job Requirements College degree in a business-related field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail; Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities; Strong documentation practices and record keeping skills; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Required Computer Skills Working knowledge of general computer operations and concepts; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Word; Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Ability to type 40 wpm; Preferred knowledge of ERP or other Manufacturing Software. Physical Requirement Ability to sit or stand for extended hours; Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours; Other physical requirements include occasional squatting, bending, and twisting. Other Requirement Must be able to adjust work schedule as business needs required.
