Job Description

Front Desk & Customer Relations CoordinatorCaptain's Auction Warehouse - Anaheim, CA Captain's Auction Warehouse is the world's largest pinball and arcade auction house. As we continue to grow into antiques, collectibles, and new business ventures, we're looking for an energetic and dependable person to become the face of our front office. This position is much more than answering phones. You will often be the first person our customers, consignors, delivery drivers, and business partners interact with. You'll help direct questions, coordinate communication between departments, assist customers, and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. We're less concerned about finding someone with a perfect resume and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality. What You'll Be Doing Greeting customers and visitors Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department Assisting customers with general questions Opening and maintaining our arcade showroom Checking in delivery and pickup drivers Helping maintain office organization and supplies Assisting with administrative projects as needed Supporting multiple departments throughout the company Assisting with auction-day operations, including clerking and customer support Every day is a little different, and flexibility is important. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Someone who is dependable, punctual, and follows through on commitments Confidence speaking with customers, vendors, and coworkers Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable switching between tasks and priorities throughout the day Basic computer proficiency Willingness to learn and grow with the company

You prefer highly repetitive work with the exact same routine every day You struggle with punctuality or attendance You require constant direction to stay productive You are uncomfortable speaking with customers or working with multiple departments Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional auction support (typically one Saturday or Sunday approximately every six weeks) Why Join Captain's?
