Manage on Call Schedule Produce mitigation estimate On Call required

Requirements:

Proven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
