Account Manager

About the role We're hiring two Account Managers to join our agency in Camarillo. As an Account Manager you'll work directly with customers across multiple lines, including auto, home, life, health, and financial services, and you'll be the person they call when they have a question, a change, or a life event that affects their coverage. What you'll do Quote new business across auto, home, life, health, and financial services Take inbound calls from customers. Review existing policies and identify coverage gaps Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on commitments Build the kind of long-term relationships that make customers refer their friends and family What we're looking for Bilingual English / Spanish preferred. A significant portion of our customer base prefers Spanish, and we want to serve them well in their language. Strong communicator, both on the phone and in writing Quick to learn new systems and adaptable to new technology Reliable, punctual, organized

Coachable:

willing to learn our way of doing things even if you've worked in insurance before Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required; we'll help you obtain it after hire if needed Schedule, location, and pay Full-time, 40 hours / week, in-office at our Camarillo location Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional evening and weekend availability for local events (rare, planned in advance) Commission on new business in addition to base pay
