Front End Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front End Manager to lead our retail team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and cash handling Train new team members to ensure they meet company standards for customer service and sales performance Manage sales floor activities by motivating staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring achievement of sales targets Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to optimize staffing levels for peak hours Experience Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and store operations management Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and training & development Experience with POS systems, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication skills to lead teams successfully Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in a grocery store or similar retail setting is preferred Join us as a Front End Manager to make a tangible impact on our store's success while developing your leadership skills in a vibrant retail environment. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
