Manager of Customer Care Essential Duties:
Under the general supervision of the Customer Care Manager, the Supervisor of Customer Care is responsible for all the day-to-day operations ensuring proper staffing levels to meet demand. Will lead, mentor and problem solve for all team members as needed also ensuring the team is obtaining all eligibility information, proper and current documentation and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. Manage and equally distribute orders and maintaining a balanced workload within the team. Performing in a supervisory capacity by training and assisting all Customer Care Specialists, the Supervisor is responsible for order entry, all customer interactions including but not limited to our referrals and staffing. The Supervisor needs to ensure patient satisfaction by consistently representing SuperCare Health professionally while carrying out the responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities:
Mentoring of all new or current Customer Care Specialists as needed to include daily one on one's with individual team members Will conduct weekly team meetings and monthly in-service training workshops for team members and will attend all meetings as requested by department leadership. Responsible for Daily updating of CCS Trends Responsible for maintaining Productivity & Satisfaction Goals set quarterly by leadership team Responsible for initial and annual employee reviews. Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and creating action plans for the team and individual team members which includes adhering to SuperCare Health's employee's progressive disciplinary action plan policy. To remain knowledgeable to date on all Products, Guidelines and Insurance Coverage trends. Work Open Order reports assigned to you weekly Responsible for working and resolving Unbilled revenue created by your teams Responsible for maintaining and resolving all complaints and grievances filed by customers and/or referral sources. Maintain a professional safe and clean work environment. Will be responsible for on call duties once every 4-6 weeks starting Monday - Sunday or as needed. The creation of all orders must be completed within 48 hours must attend all department meetings and in-services scheduled. Schedule ongoing community development activities, in-services and seminars on any new Durable Medical Equipment. Perform all other duties as assigned and required by Department Leadership. Performs any other duties that may be requested by supervisor or management Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies To remain knowledgeable to date on all products, guidelines and insurance coverage trends Maintain a professional safe and clean work environment. Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies. Perform all other duties as assigned and required Must meet minimum of monthly goals
Work Experience Requirements:
Experience with Medical Supply Company Knowledge of diagnosis and Medical terminology Excellent Customer Service skills Experience in healthcare, medical and/or HME industry (preferred). Be able to work on multiple tasks and plan and prioritize actives to achieve results and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
