City of Industry, CA Job Details Full-time $24 - $32 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Export management Bilingual Microsoft Word Customs regulations compliance Customer communication Microsoft Excel Customer service Customs brokerage management English Microsoft Office Compliance documentation Organizational skills Customs documentation preparation Chinese International trade regulations Transportation documentation for distribution operations Full Job Description Job Responsibilities Handle import shipments A-Z, including booking, documentation, customs clearance coordination, delivery arrangement (CY-door), and billing Manage and track shipments from overseas agents and carriers through final delivery Coordinate closely with customs brokers, truckers, and CY terminals to ensure timely cargo release Prepare and review import documentation, including ISF , and support entry filing and import permit requirements Provide support for air freight and export operations as needed Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and international shipping requirements Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and overseas agents to resolve shipment issues Requirements Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding or NVOCC import operations experience Hands-on experience handling import shipments A-Z Familiar with customs clearance process and U.S. import regulations Experience with ISF filing and/or delivery/trucking coordination Familiarity with CY-door delivery process preferred Knowledge of air freight and export operations is a plus Ability to read and interpret customs entry documentation and shipping terms Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
