Operations Manager About the Role Allmodular Systems is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee project execution, coordinate work orders, and identify opportunities for business growth and improved profitability. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term account success. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, business objectives, and performance expectations. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products, services, project status, and work orders. Communicate scheduling updates, delivery and installation timelines, and punch-list resolutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for additional services, business growth, and margin improvements. Present product demonstrations and solution-based recommendations tailored to customer requirements. Project Management Oversee customer projects and work orders from initiation through completion. Coordinate implementation of customer orders and service requests. Review project plans, schedules, logistics, and resource allocation. Provide regular project status updates to clients. Attend site visits, project meetings, and account review meetings as needed. Ensure all work meets Allmodular Systems and client performance standards. Maintain and communicate project documentation internally and externally. Manage team assignments to balance workloads and support project success. Account Coordination Coordinate deliveries, installations, and service work for assigned accounts. Analyze order requirements and define project scope. Request pricing, schedule services, and coordinate activities with dispatch and operations teams. Communicate project requirements, schedules, and site conditions to customers and field personnel. Ensure seamless communication between customers, field staff, and internal departments. Work Order & Financial Management Distribute order information to internal teams and external stakeholders. Review receiving documentation and resolve discrepancies when necessary. Prepare and process work order packets. Coordinate scheduling information with dispatch. Ensure punch-list items are completed promptly. Generate Time & Material (T&M) quotes as required. Prepare billing documentation and verify invoice accuracy. Manage customer sign-offs for completed work. Oversee invoicing for products and services associated with assigned work orders. Manage job registrations and union reporting requirements. Monitor collections and ensure payments remain on schedule. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound business judgment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in account management, project coordination, customer success, operations, or a related field. Experience working with work orders, installations, logistics, construction services, office furniture, facilities services, or related industries. Familiarity with technical products and services and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
