Job Description

Job Overview Gold Coast Ingredients, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of food flavors and colors. Our success for more than 40 years is based on our dedication to providing a quality product with quality customer service. We are seeking an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor for our Order Entry Department. In this role you'll oversee the entry of customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely response. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations between customer service/sales support, production and our customers. Position responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Manage the order entry personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders Assist with prioritizing high importance orders Ensure all email notifications are sent to customers advising of order status Ensure all changes or modifications to orders are entered into the system in a timely manner Checks emails received from Customer Service and reply in a timely manner Print orders received via email Ensure all daily work is completed and outstanding items are resolved before the end of the day Lead and manage a team of order entry clerks, providing training, support and performance feedback Provide assistance as necessary to the
Director of Operations Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience supervising customer order entry Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Bilingual Spanish a plus
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
