As an AT&T Authorized Dealer, we work directly with residential customers to provide wireless solutions while developing future leaders within our organization. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in sales, customer relations, team development, and business operations. Through hands-on training and mentorship, Entry Level AT&T Managers learn how to drive sales results, support team success, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Entry Level AT&T Manager Responsibilities:
Work directly with residential customers to educate them on AT&T wireless products and services Build customer relationships and recommend solutions based on individual needs Support daily sales and customer acquisition efforts Assist with training and mentoring new team members Help track team performance and sales goals Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Participate in leadership development and management training programs Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement Maintain knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings What We Offer to all
