We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks. This isn't a call center job. You'll help care for our customers, support our Club Member Program, and ensure every customer receives the experience we've promised.
What You'll Do:
Build relationships with customers and Club Members Follow up on opportunities and customer requests Make customer care calls and gather feedback Request reviews and help strengthen our reputation Keep customer communication organized and documented Work closely with our office and leadership team
What Success Looks Like:
Customers feel cared for and appreciated No opportunity gets forgotten Club Members receive the benefits they were promised Follow-up is consistent and documented The team knows customer communication is being handled
