  • Full-time Paw Vivant is a boutique dog daycare and boarding space offering a home-comfort meets hotel-polish experience.
We focus on calm, intentional care in a thoughtfully designed environment where dogs feel safe, relaxed, and at home. Position Overview We are seeking a polished, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to manage front desk operations and client communication. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every client, from initial inquiry to pick-up. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and must be confident handling communication, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination independently. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and respect for our guests. We are a local, close-knit business and value clear boundaries and a calm working environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner Schedule daycare, boarding, and meet & greets using our booking system Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, policies, and availability Greet clients and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences Assist with client updates and general communication throughout the day Light sales role to get more bookings, sell packages, sending up follow up emails, calling leads etc. Down time will be spent handling and spending time with dogs Ideal Candidate Strong communication and relationship building skills (written and verbal) Comfortable handling multiple conversations and tasks at once Organized, detail-oriented, personable and reliable Professional demeanor with a warm and composed presence Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Must be comfortable and basic knowledge around dogs At least 18 years old, high School diploma or GED Schedule Part-time AM shift to start, then transition into full time Must be open to working on weekend and holidays Why Paw Vivant Work in a thoughtfully designed, premium environment Be part of a growing local business with strong client relationships Great if you have a love for dogs and hospitality 401k Enrollment Join us in creating a safe, caring environment where animals thrive!
