Entry Level Customer Care Representative We're looking for a caring and organized

• Customer Care Coordinator
• to help older adults and adults with disabilities access meal services and community support. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in human services or community programs.
• What you'll do:
• Help clients with program questions, enrollment, and intake
• Schedule and complete assessments (phone, in-person, and occasional home visits)
• Enter and maintain client information accurately
• Coordinate with team members and community partners
• Support outreach and promote program services
• What we're looking for:
• Friendly, clear communication and customer service skills
• Interest in working with older adults and vulnerable populations
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
