About CalColor Academy CalColor Academy is the largest art school in the Bay Area, with six campuses serving over 4,000 students (ages 4-18). We combine structured art training with creative exploration to help young artists grow both technically and personally. We are building a next-generation education organization — and our team members grow with us. This role offers a clear path toward leadership, including studio management and broader operational responsibilities. Why This Role Matters This is not a typical front desk role. As a Customer Relations Lead , you will drive customer experience , enrollment growth , and community engagement across studios. You will act as a bridge between families, teachers, and operations — directly influencing retention, satisfaction, and revenue. What You'll Do Customer Experience & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families Build long-term relationships to improve retention and satisfaction Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints Sales & Enrollment Growth Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative communication Guide parents through program selection, schedules, and pricing Support revenue growth through proactive follow-ups Operations & Studio Management Coordinate scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking Maintain smooth day-to-day studio operations Support teachers and ensure seamless class transitions Events & Community Engagement Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and community activities Strengthen brand presence and parent engagement Cross-Studio Impact Help standardize customer experience across all locations Identify improvement opportunities in service and operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Education, or related field 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Sales-oriented mindset with ability to drive conversions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment Preferred Skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese Experience managing WeChat groups or similar community platforms Background in education, arts, or service industry Digital marketing or event coordination experience
